Nay Min was born on August 6, 1983 in Thet Ka La Village, Bago, Bago Region, Myanmar. He attended Thet Ka La High School.
Nay Min went to work in Korea from the age of 19 until he started his acting career. He intended to study in England but ended up in Korea. After returning from Korea, he entered the art world and made several films with Shwe Sin Oo Film Production and others.

She entered the entertainment industry through modeling and beauty after completing her graduation exam. Following the 2021 coup in Myanmar, he participated in the anti-government protests both personally at parties and through social media. Criticizing the military regime, he participated in demonstrations that began in February. He joined the "We want justice" three-finger gesture. The movement was started on social networks, and many celebrities joined the movement.
On April 16, 2021, an arrest warrant was issued under Section 505(a) of the Penal Code by the Administrative Council for exposing the military regime. Along with many other prominent people, he was accused of calling for participation in the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) and violating the rights of the state, supporting the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw representative committee and generally encourage people to destroy the peace and stability of the country.
